After many months of not writing, I’m excited to resume, and this time, in English. As some of you may know, I moved to Berlin six months ago. I chose Berlin because of the abundant job opportunities for non-natives. While speaking German is beneficial, it’s not mandatory. Many international companies here use English as their primary language. However, for administrative tasks, German can be quite helpful. Additionally, I believe it’s respectful to learn the language of your new home. Now, I’d like to discuss a common question you might encounter during job interviews: “What three books would you recommend leaders read and why?” This question often assesses your communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially, I found this question challenging because I prefer reading articles over HR books. However, keeping the objectives in mind \u2014 assessing my communication skills and suggesting valuable reads for leaders \u2014 I realized there are numerous books that fulfill these criteria.
